    The Company has been incorporated on 8th December 1994 by Late Sri. K.S.R.Lakshmanan, Sri. K.R.S. Mani and Sri K.R. Loganathan sone of late Late Sri K. Ramakrishna Pillai the promoter of K.R. & Sons Jewellery in Coimbatore with the object of establishing a modern manufacturing plant for Glod Jewellery at Coimbatore and showrooms at Madras and Coimbatore. The Company obtained Certificate of commencement of business on 14.12.94. During the month of December, the Company made arrangements to take over the facilities of K.R. & Sons Jewellers at 473, Big Bazaar St., Coimbatore. The installed capacity of the plant is about 2835 Kgs of Gold Jewellery per annum. Small modifications were carried out and Anugraha Jewellers Ltd started its retails sales operations in Coimbatore on January 1st 1995. To support the sales operations, manufacture of Hand made jewellery has commenced and orders were placed for Indigenous Machinery. 2014 -Company has changed its name from Anugraha Jewellers Ltd to Onesource Ideas Ventures Ltd. -The Registered office of the company has been shifted from Coimbatore to "T2, 3rd Floor, Sindur Pantheon Plaza, 346 Patheon Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008". 2017 -OnMobile Global Limited has said that ONMO, the sound based communication brand of OnMobile Global Limited has bagged the Transform Awards North America 2017 with 5 wins including the Best Overall Visual Identity. -OnMobile Global launches first consumer App in USA 2018 -OnMobile launches ONMO Videos in India, Bangladesh & the Middle East with focus on curated regional content. 2019 -OnMobile collaborates with Gionee to build and manage its mobile entertainment ecosystem.. -Vodafone launches Kids Planet, an app with over 3,000 contents for Kids. 2020 -OnMobile and PhonePe partner to launch gaming on the Switch platform. 2021 - OnMobile launches new B2B mobile quiz gaming product 'O-Cade' with Ooredoo Myanmar 2022 -ONMO launches Crypto payments for players globally -OnMobile partners with Dialog to Launch the First Mobile Cloud Gaming Platform in Sri Lanka. 2023 -OnMobile forms a strategic partnership with Robi to launch its casual mobile gaming product, Challenges Arena. -OnMobile launches Gamize, its first-ever SaaS-based Gamification Platform for Brands across Industries. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-. -The Company name has changed to Onesource Industries and Ventures Ltd. from Onesource Ideas Ventures Ltd.
