    -The Company have inter-alia approved raising of funds for an aggregate amount up to Rs. 230 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty Crores Only) by way of an issuance of Equity Shares on rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company.

    -Company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 19:62 at par. 

    2024 
    -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 10:51 at a premium of Rs. 3 per share.
