It received the certificate for commencement of business on July 19, 1995. The Company was incorporated in order to undertake the business of operating satellite television network, cable television network, telephone, telegraph, cableronic mail, telenewspaper, conferencing, video conferencing, mobile text, mobile videotext, radio paging and any other system of communication.
