| Prudential Mouli Sugars Limited was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 3rd December 1990 in the State of Tamil Nadu in the name and style of "Sugantham Sugars Limited" and subsequently changed to "Mouli Sugars Limited" on 14th December 1992 and further a fresh certificate of lncorporation was issued consequent upon the change of name to "Prudential Mouli sugars Ltd" on 13th December 1993.
The company is in the process of setting up a project for manufacture of white crystal sugar with an installed capacity of 2500 TCD expandable to 3500 TCD (subject to government permission) at a cost of Rs.4000 lacs, near village Nindra, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.
