1996
-The company came out with a public issue of 6,500,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 65 million for setting up the Heritage Hotel with 60 rooms and 5 star facilities at Bhopal.
2006
-The board of directors of the company approved the change in the name of the company from 'Lakeland Hotels' to 'Reliable Ventures India'.
-The board of directors of the company decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 120 million to Rs 250 million.
2007
