| Remsons Industries Ltd. was incorporated as REMSONS CABLES (P) LTD. on 11/5/1971 with ROC, Maharashtra. Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Ltd Company in terms of special resolution passed on 25th October, 1986 and name of the Company was subsequently changed to Remsons Cables Ltd. & a fresh certificate for change of name was
obtained from ROC on 18th November, 1986. The Company thereafter has received fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name from Remsons Cables Ltd. to Remsons Industries Ltd. from ROC on 18th November, 1986. The Company is having its Registered Office at 88-B, Govt. Industrial Estate, Kandivli (West), Bombay - 400 067.
The Company's name 'Remsons' is well known in the Automobile industry, promoted by Shri. Vishwaprakash Harlalka. The Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Control Cables for Automobile and General Engineering purposes, Brake Liners and Brake shoes. The
Company has totally eight manufacturing units out of which two units are located at Kandivli (W), Bombay, three units are at Daman, one unit at Gurgaon in the State of Haryana, one unit at Pardi (Gujarat) and one is in Koregaon, Bhima Dist. Pune. The units located at Bombay, Daman, Pardi and Gurgaon are engaged in the manufacturing of Auto Cords and
Auto Control Cables, whereas the unit located at Pune is engaged in the manufacture of Brake Shoes and General Brake Liners along with Control Cables.
The Company since its commercial production activities at its all plants had not faced major labour problems, which has resultant into the closure of the unit.
The Company has an in house Research & Development (R & D) Department with a team of qualified professionals which has enabled the Company to match the changing needs of the Automobile Manufacturers and also to develop high value added products. Remson's R & D continue to be technology innovative and continue to develop new methods to produce
Bowden Cables that meet the special demands of customers new technologies. The Company has produced "Friction Free Cables" with the invention of Polysil with its own know how which is import substitute and eventually millions of foreign exchange of the country is saved. The continuous R & D activities has kept the Company with the pace of the
automobile industry or rather a step ahead of them. All the machines and equipments required have been designed, developed and erected on the technology developed by Shri. V. Harlalka and the R & D team.
2000 - Mr. Ming Ching Tan has been appointed as Director and Mr. Sher Singh
appointed as Wholetime Director.

-The Company appointed Mr. Krishna Kejriwal as Managing Director of the Company.
2011
-A new Daman Unit at Survey No. 647/1-A has become operational.
2012
-Government of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industry has accorded the status of Export House to the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14.
2013
-The Company has entered into a Technical License Agreement with a foreign Company for manufacture of specific purpose cables to be used in Auto Industry to provide technical know-how to the Company for manufacture cables for a period of five (5) years.
2022 -Company has received Gold award from esteemed customers Ashok Leyland Limited for Best Performance in Quality and Best Supplier award from INTEVA Products, LLC.
