The Company was originally incorporated as private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in name and style of SecMark Consultancy Private Limited bearing CIN U67190MH2011PTC220404, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 03, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra and commenced its business on August 03, 2011. Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at an EGM held on January 28, 2020 and name of the Company was changed from SecMark Consultancy Private Limited to SecMark Consultancy Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 02, 2020 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
