    The company was incorporated on October 29, 1993 as a Public Limited Company vide the Incorporation Certificate No. 04-20552 under the name and style of SHILP GRAVURES LIMITED. The Company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on December 6, 1993. The Company has not yet started commercial production. Shri Saurin Vora resigned as Company Secreatary and Shri Suresh Gondalia is appointed as Company Secretary wef December 2, 2003. 2007 -Shilp Gravures has recommended Dividend @ 18% 2008 -Shilp Gravures has entered as a partner of Shilp Gravures, a registered partnership firm. 2009 -Shilp Gravures has recommended dividend of Rs 1/- per share 2010 -Shilp Gravures has been awarded as best Company in Packaging Industry at the recently concluded 'IndiaMART Leaders of Tomorrow Awards 2010' held at New Delhi. 2011 -Shilp Gravures has entered into JV Agreement with Re S.p.A. Controlli Industriali 2012 -Shilp Gravures has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50/- par share (@ 15.00%) 2013 - The Company has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share (@ 15.00%). 2014 - The company have approved to make the further Investment upto Rs. 1.00 Crores in to JV Company [HMSU Rollers (India) Private Limited]. 2018 -Capacity Expansion in Roller Manufacturing & Flexography. 2019 -Acquired Etone India Pvt Ltd - Howrah (Acquisitions & Mergers). 2020 -Commenced Rooftop Solar Power Installation -Green Energy Initiative Capacity Expansion in Flexo (ESKO-XPS). -Commenced 2000KW solar farm at Khedbrahma Gujarat.
