    The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 17th March 1994 in the name Shivsagar Paper & Chemicals Limited as a public limited company with an authorized capital of Rs.7,00,00,000 divided into 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each with a paid-up capital of Rs.700 divided into 70 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, registered under CIN No. 21012AP1994PLC017207. Thereafter, name of the company changed to in present name i.e. Bio Green Papers Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation and consequent upon change of name has been issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh on 9th April 2008. The Registered Office of the Company is at H. No. 3-691/B, Raghava Reddy Complex, New Nagole, Hyderabad - 500 035. The Company entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Bio Green Industries Limited and their respective shareholders. The Said scheme was approved by Hon'ble High Court of Maharashtra at Mumbai on 28th January 2011 and Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on 30th November 2010. In terms of the Scheme, The de-merger of Investment made by Bio Green Industries Limited in Bio Green Papers Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Bio Green Industries Limited into a separate listed company in the name and style of Bio Green Papers Limited. 2012 -The Company has touched 85% of capacity utilization of the Installed Capacity of 40 TPD. 2013 -Bio Green Papers Ltd Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from H.No.3-691/B, Raghava Reddy Complex, Nagole to Kothapet Road, New Nagole, Hyderabad - 500035 to Flat No. 401, 4th Floor, Victory Vihar Apartments 3-6-157, Urdu Lane, Himayat Nagar Hyderabad 500029. 2015 -Bio Green Papers Ltd has informed the registered office of the Company has shifted from Flat No.401, 4th Floor, Victory Vihar Apartments 3-6-157, Urdu Lane, Himayat Nagar Hyderabad - 500029 to H.No. 146/A/C 2/202, Rajeshwari Towers, Dwarkapuri Colony, Panjagutta, Hyderabad - 500082. -Bio Green Papers Ltd has informed the registered office of the Company has shifted from "H.
