The name of the Company was changed to T Engineering Components Ltd. on July 12,1991 and further changed to its existing name Talbros Engineering Ltd. w.e.f Nov 8, 1994. The Coporate Identification Number of the Company 2015 -Talbros Engineering Ltd shares are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange -Talbros Engineering enters into JV pact with Sypris Tech -Talbros Axles has been awarded the "Debutant of The Year" performance award in forging commodity by Escorts Agri Machinery. 2016 -Talbros Axles has been awarded the "Best Supplier Partner Of The Year" 2017 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
