    Our Company was originally incorporated as TD Power Systems Private Limited on April 16, 1999 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to TD Power Systems Limited by a special resolution of the members passed at an EGM of our Company on January 17, 2011. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted to our Company on February 4, 2011 by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka.

    -TD Power Systems signs a Long Term License Agreement with Siemens

    -Received an order for 1 No 15MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Kenya from Triveni Turbines Limited.

    -Received an order for 1 No 10MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Thailand from Industrial Power Technology Pte Ltd

    -Received an order for 1 No 11MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Fiji Islands from Greenesol Power

    -Received yet another vertical order for 1 No 16.2MVA vertical hydro generator to be installed in Norway from VOITH HYDRO.

    -The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share.

    -Order received for 2 vertical generators for Project Langed to be installed in Swden -Supplied 5MW steam turbine generator for Project Triera to be installed in Italy -Commissioned 14MW vertical generator for Project Kjensvatn in Norway -RBI permits TD Power to hike FII limit to 100%

    2015 -TD Power Systems Ltd "Order from Diesel Locomotive Works -TD Power Systems receives order from European firm

    2016 -TD Power Systems Ltd Acquisition of a Company in Germany -T D Power dispatches 5 railway generators for export to a major multinational company -TDPS bags export order for 45 generators
