| The Company was incorporated as "Titanium Ten Enterprise Private Limited" at Surat, Gujarat as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 18, 2008 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52100GJ2008PTCO55075, issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on May 06, 2016 and the name of the Company was changed to "Titanium Ten Enterprise Limited" and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated June 2, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Further, the name of the Company was changed to "Titaanium Ten Enterprise Limited" and a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated June 13, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U52100GJ2008PLCO55075. Rohitkumar Kapadia and Ilaben Kapadia are the promoters of the Company. Rohitkumar Kapadia, and Shalu Kapadia were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Ilaben Kapadia joined the Company in the year 2009. the Company is engaged mainly into dealing, exporting, distributing all types of yarn, readymade garments, etc. and manufacturing of knitted fabrics.
