| The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad dated April 29, 2016 with the name "Vanta Bioscience Private Limited`. The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on February 13, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Vanta Bioscience Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad on March 17, 2017. The corporate identification number is U74999TG2016PLC109280.
The changes to the name of the Company were undertaken upon conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company.

(a toxicology division of Kemin Industries South Asia Private Limited) along with leasehold rights in 4.8 acres of land situated at Plot K2B, SIPCOT Industrial Estate, Gummidipundi, Chennai - 601201.
-Company had successfully completed AAALACi recertification in July 2017.

-Vanta Bioscience had received first full accreditation of Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care international (AAALACi) in the year 2011 and renewed in the year 2014, 2017 and 2021 subsequently.
2012
-Vanta Bioscience has been certified under Bio-Rad External Quality Assurance Services (EQASr) programs since 2012, Under which specimen packs and documentation (reports); results are compared to other laboratories using the same methodologies, instruments, and reagents.
