    Our Company was incorporated on February 17, 2015 as Venus Pipes & Tubes Private Limited as a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 2013 and was granted a certificate of incorporation by the RoC. The name of our Company was changed to Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited upon conversion to a public limited company, and consequently a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC, on September 16, 2021, recording the change of our Company's name to `Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited'.

    2015
    Incorporation of our Company

    Established manufacturing plant at Dhaneti, Bhuj-Bhachau highway, close to Mundar and Kandla Ports.

    Commenced the production of stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel high precision & heat exchanger tubes, stainless steel hydraulic & instrumentation tubes and stainless steel box pipes at our manufacturing plant located at Dhaneti, Kutch, Gujarat.

    2017
    Addition of stainless steel seamless pipes to production line.

    Started exporting stainless steel welded and stainless steel seamless pipes to countries in the European Union, Brazil, UK, Israel etc.

    Registered our trademark under Class 6 of Trademarks Act in respect of "manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel pipes and fittings" which is valid till 2027.

    2021
    Conversion from a private limited company to public limited company

    2023 -The Company Commencement of commercial production of new capacity of Seamless & Welded Pipes with backward integration

    2024 -Venus Remedies achieves major milestone with UNICEF by securing the prestigious tender for its antibiotic product. -Venus Remedies awarded with Rs.2.50cr as the remaining part of its first incentive under PLi scheme. -Venus Remedies awarded its first incentive of Rs.7.50 crores under PLI scheme.
