Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 02, 2016 and the name of the Company was changed to Surevin BPO Services Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 23, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh now bearing CIN U74999MP2007PLC019623 Key Milestones 2007 -Incorporation of a Company in the name and style "Surevin BPO Services Private Limited". 2016 -Conversion of a company from private limited to public limited. -Change of name from "Surevin BPO Services Private Limited" to "Surevin BPO Services Limited".
