The Company was incorporated as `Xelpmoc Design and Tech Private Limited', a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 2013 on September 16, 2015 at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC. The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on July 2, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to `Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited'. Consequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on July 20, 2018.
