The company has entered into agreement with Mr. P.L. Rao, Proprietor (present Managing Director of the Company) on 1st March, 1995 in this regard. 2012 -Company has changed its name from Intensive Air Systems Ltd. to Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Ltd. 2013 -Yuvraaj Hygiene Products registered office has been shifted to Plot No. A-650, 1st Floor, TTC Industrial Estate, MIDC, Pawane Village, Mahape, Navi Mumbai - 400 705.
