During the year, a part of the Company's land was taken over by relevant authorities for the purpose of road widening. As on the reporting date, the Company has submitted a representation at relevant levels for such take over regarding the settlement of the same, which remains pending under due course. Thus, the carrying value of the land has been retained in the books of account. The Company will recognize any adjustment to the carrying value upon final confirmation from relevant authorities in this regard.
The Company has re grouped and re-classified the previous year's figures in accordance with the requirements applicable in the current year. In view of this, certain figures of the current year are not strictly comparable with those of the previous year.
