2015 -Adani Transmission acquires 3 subsidiaries of PFC Consulting

2016 - Adani Transmission Ltd. signs Acquisition Agreement with GMR Energy Ltd.

2017 -Acquisition of SPVs "Barmer Power Transmission Service Limited and Thar Power Transmission Service Limited". -"Adani Transmission Ltd - Operational Transmission Network Surpasses 8500 ckt kms.". -Adani Transmission acquires RInfra WRSSS assets for Rs 1k crores. - 'Adani Transmission Ltd (ATL) signs binding SPA with R-Infra to acquire Integrated Business of Generation, Transmission, Distribution and retail of power for Mumbai City'.

2018

-Adani Transmission Ltd has received the LOI from PFC Consulting Limited (A wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited) to construct, own, operate and maintain the transmission project in the state of Rajasthan.

-Adani Transmission acquires 100% equity stake in GTL.

-Adani Transmission acquires 100% equity in Ghatampur SPV.

2019
