| Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Ltd. Was incorporated as 03td July in the year 1973 in the name of 'industrial Gas & Steel Products (India) Ltd.' It has changed its name to 'Utkal Soap Products Ltd.' on 4th February, 1980. USPL with the main object of dealing in gases Products & Steel Products, Subsequent to change of name of the Company, it has changed its object in 1980 to manufacture laundry soaps for Hindustan Lever Limited, having its factory at Sambalput - Orissa. the Company has stopped Manufacturing production since November, 2004 as the job work for Hindustan Lever Limited was not renewed because of additional duties levied by the Government, it has became unviable proposal & the Company has disposed off all its assets in 2005. The employees have been paid off their dues as per settlement with the Labour union, Since 2005.The Company has changed its object clause on 10th August, 2016 & Ventured into diagnostic centers laboratories etc, & stated generating income from December, 2016 onwards. The Company changed its name to 'Aspira Parthlab & Diagnostics Ltd.' on 16th November, 2016.
2025 -The Company Acquire 100% of stake in Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP.
