The Company was originally incorporated as "Atal Realtech Private Limited" under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 25, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2019 and the name of the Company was changed to "Atal Realtech Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 21, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra.
