| The Company was originally incorporated as private limited
company on 25.09.87 and was subsequently converted into a
Public Limited Company on 22.08.88.
The business Company was originally formed as a partnership
firm under the name Indocure Therapeutics. The firm
acquired a sick pharmaceutical Industry, through auction,
from APSFC. The name of the sick Industry acquired is
M/s Pam Industries and it was acquired in December 1985 by
M/s. Indocure Therapeutics, a partnership firm at a coat of
Rs. 3.60 lacs through auction from APSFC under section 29 of
SFCs Act and no liabilities/sickness of the sick industry
were transferred to the firm. The names of the partners of
M/s Indocure Therapeutics were Mr. P Sambasiva Raju and
Mr. D. Krishna Kumar Raju and are also promoter directors of
the company. Subsequently Mr. P Sambasiva Raju has resigned
as director for personal reasons. No revaluation of the
fixed assets took place at the time of take over. The firm
was taken over by Neocure Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. on
25.09.87. The company has commenced its commercial
operations on 5.11.1987 during the initial years of
operation, the company could not do well due to insufficient
working capital funds. In 1989, the Board of Directors was
reconstituted.
2000 - The Company has decided to issue further 60 lakhs No. of equity
shares of Rs 10 each as per SEBI Guidelines on preferential issue
to select group of persons viz., promoters, friends, relatives,
distributors, etc.

- The name and trading symbol of the company be and is herby changed w.e.f. August 31, 2012. From M/s. Neocure Therapeutics Limited to M/s. Country Condo's Limited
