    History of Company

    The Company was promoted by the first Generation Promoters Sri. P. M. Rao, P. Janardhana Rao & Sri P. Rama Rao and their associates. The Company was incorporated at Hyderabada, Andhra pradesh on 23rd October, 1992 and obtained certificate of commencement of Business on 17th November, 1992. The main objects of the Company are fully set out in its Memorandum of Association and are also mentioned elsewhere in this Prospectus. However, the immediate object of the Company is to set up a project for manufacture of Rigid PVC pipes and fittings. The Company was promoted by Sri. P. M. Rao, Sri. P. Janardhana Rao and Sri. P. Rama Rao. 2011 -The company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2011, inter alia, appointed Mr. Y. Suryanarayan, Managing Director as Compliance Officer of the Company. 2014 -The company informed that the change in name of the Company from `Fine Plast Polymers Limited' to `SSK Lifestyles Limited' -Fine Plast Polymers has appointed R V Radhakrishna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014. 2015 -The Registered Office of the Company was shifting to 307, Nirmal Towers-200, Dwarakapuri Colony, Punjagutta yderabad - 500082, Telangana ele/Fax: 040-66023643 2018 -Company name has changed to Genesis IBRC India Ltd. from SSK Lifestyles Ltd.. -SSK Lifestyles on Tuesday said that its subsidiary, Genesis I.B.R.C. Private Limited, has acquired Genesis Biosciences IBKC in a deal worth Rs 58 lakh.
