Subsequently, name of our company changed to "Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 22, 2020 issued by Registrar of Companies - Mumbai. Further, our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to "Healthy Life Agritec Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated March 08,2022 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52520MH2019PLC332778 issued by the Registrar of Companies - Mumbai.
