    -Department of Company Affairs rejects the ITDC's proposal to demerger of Ashoka Hotel in Agra and Mamallapuram in Tamil Nadu.

    -ITDC and Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation have entered into an agreement, where ITDC will be promoting the packages and properties of RTDC.

    -Government lowered bank guarantees for ITDC Hotels, it has been lowered from Rs.100cr to Rs.50cr.

    -India Tourism Development Corporation has reduced prices of liquor at its duty free shops by about 7-10%.

    -ITDC, with a view to expand its business in all directions and strike growth has entered into joint venture with Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand and Uttarpradesh government to provide support in infrastructure development and travel related services.

    -India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has appointed Shri. Jyotindra Jain & Shri. Zubin Karkaria as additional Directors on the Company's Board with effect from July 19, 2007.

    - India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ITDC) has informed that Shri. Rajiv Makin has been appointed Director (Commercial & Marketing) vide Ministry of Tourism letter dated October 17, 2008 on ITDCs Board with effect from October 17, 2008.

    - India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that Shri Anand Kumar has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. July 07, 2010 vide Ministry of Tourism Order dated July 07, 2010.

    2012

    - India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has recommended a dividend of 5% for the financial year 2011-12

    2013 -India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that Ministry of Tourism vide its order dated December 10, 2013 has appointed Prof. Usha Kiran Rai, Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), as part time non-official Director for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

    2014 -India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of 5% (i.e. Rs. 0.50 per share) on the equity capital of the Company (i.e. Rs. 85,76,94,000) amounting to Rs. 4,28,84,700/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
