    KPIT Technologies Limited was originally incorporated as "KPIT Engineering Limited" as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 8, 2018 issued by the RoC. The name of KPIT Engineering Limited was changed to "KPIT Technologies Limited" with effect from March 13, 2019. 

    2021

    - KPIT Technologies at its meeting has approved the acquisition of initial 25% shareholding in Future Mobility Solutions GmbH ('FMS'). Over a period of three years, KPIT will acquire the balance shareholding.

    -KPIT Technologies announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in PathPartner Technology.

    -The company inform that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has approved the scheme of merger by absorption of Impact Automotive Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, with KPIT Technologies Limited and their respective shareholders (Scheme) under sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The certified copy of said order was received by the Company on June 15, 2021.The Scheme with the Appointed Date of April 1, 2019 will be effective upon filing the certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies in the month of June 2021 (within the statutory timeline).We request you to kindly take this intimation on record.
