| The company was originally incorporated in the name of Morarka Holdings Limited on the 15th day of March, 1985 under the Act. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to Morarka Finanne Limited by passing a special resolution in the extra ordinary general meeting of the company held on 20th March,1993 and obtained a fresh change of name certificate from the Registrar of Companies on 28th May, 1993. The company commenced its business on 24th April, 1985, with an initial capital of Rs.44 lakhs. The company is presently engaged in the business of investments, merchant banking, OTC dealership.
