Subsequently the name of the company was changed to Tibrewal Global Finance Pvt.Ltd. w.e.f.February,23,1995 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Further, the Company was converted into a public limited company as Tibrewal Global Finance Ltd. w.e.f. March 2,1995 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The company has further changed its name to M3 Global Finance Limited vide new certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. 2014 -M3 Global Finance Ltd shares are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange 2016 -Company name has changed to Niyogin Fintech Ltd. from M3 Global Finance Ltd.. 2018 -Niyogin acquires 50.1% Stake in wealth management platform moneyfront for 12 crores. 2020 -Niyogin fintech acquires 51% strategic stake in iServeU.
