| Rainbow Holiday Resorts International Limited (RHRIL) was incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu on 7.06.1994 and the Certificate for Commencement of Business was obtained on 26.07.1994.
PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY
After incorporation in June 1994, the company has been engaged in identifying and buying of highly potential real estates for purpose of development and selling of Commercial and Residential apartments. It has so far identified six such plots in and around Madras.
The Company has also acquired land in the tourist town of Kodaikanal, which is located in the Palani Hills in the state of Tamil Nadu. The company proposes to set up a Resort Complex on Vacation Time Sharing (VTS) basis. The Company plans to construct 2 cottages along with a
Restaurant, Coffee shop and other facilities in the first phase. On completion of the first phase, the second phase will be taken up which would involve construction of additional 160 cottages. Adjacent to the proposed complex, the Company plans to develop land measuring 28 acres for classifying into plots which would then be sold to different set of customers.
The Company has commenced the Residential/Commercial construction work at George Town Project I,II and Madipakkam after obtaining necessary approvals. At Kodaikanal, the land for layout project has been demarked
and the inner link roads are in the process of being laid. The laying of the approach road to Resort Complex has been completed to the extent of 2 Kms.
