    The Company was incorporated as MEHTA HOUSING FINANCE PRIVITE LIMITED on 23.11.1993 and was subsequently converted into Public Limited Company by way of passing a special resolution at the Extra Ordianry General Meeting of the Company held on 28th August, 1994. PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The Company has started building the Housing Finance portfolio and has deployed an amount of Rs. 50 lacs on the same. The company, right from the inception, will concentrate in establishing the Housing loan port-folio in and around Ahamadabad and as such 100% of the total loans to be sanctioned will be to various government and semi-Government employees placed concentrating on loans upto Rs. 1,50,000/-. The Company is engaging in providing long term housing finance for purchase or construction of house/flats to individuals. The company will finance builders, developers selectively to increase the supply of housing stock.
