| The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 31st October, 1994 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. Further it obtained certificate of commencement of business on 24th November, 1994. The registered office of the Company is at 7th Floor Agarwal complex, C.G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.
The Company is registered as Stock Broker with Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide Registration No.INB1907774230 dated August 30, 1995. Further, Company has already applied for the Corporate Membership of The Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
