Our Company was incorporated on November 15, 2006 at Mumbai, India as `Shiva Realtors Suburban Private Limited', a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation by the RoC. The name of our Company was changed to `Advent Hotels International Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 24, 2024 was issued by the RoC. Our Company was then converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Advent Hotels International Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 16, 2025 was issued by the RoC.
