Company was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 17, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. 2021 Transfer and vesting of Urban Infrastructure and EPC Business (Demerged Undertaking) from GMR Infrastructure Limited to Company pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement
