Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited (Mahindra EPC), formerly known as EPC Industri‚ Limited is a part of Mahindra Agriculture Business. In order to have better synergies, the Mahindra Agriculture business and thus Mahindra EPC has moved under Mahindra and Mahindra Limited's Farm Equipment Sector. 2005 -Delist securities from Vadodara Stock Exchange Ltd. 2007 -Mr. Bhoopendra K Sharma has been appointed as the Additional Director of the Company. 2010 -Company has recently launched the website : www.epcind.com. 2011 -"Mahindra & Mahindra invests into EPC Industrie". 2012 -EPC a Mahindra Group Company organizes an Agri Exhibition -EPC a Mahindra Group Company launched first of it's kind 'One stop Agri Products & Solutions' shop -EPC Industrie Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 3:5. 2018 -EPC Industries forms JV with Israeli greenhouse company, Top Greenhouses Ltd, to work in protected cultivation industry and provide specialised and relevant technologies to Indian market.
